Job summary

Construo Ltd. is partnering with a respected Chartered Surveyors firm to expand its residential valuation team in the UK. You will manage a range of property valuations and surveys, with clear career progression and strong fee income opportunities.

Role involves loan security valuations, Help to Buy and HMO work, and delivering RICS Level 2 Home Surveys, with support from a collaborative team and access to ongoing training.

Qualifications

• MRICS/AssocRICS/FRICS with VRS essential.
• Minimum 1 year PQE in residential valuation.
• Strong IT skills and experience using software for site notes and reporting.
• Proven track record of producing quality valuation work.

Responsibilities

• Perform a range of residential property valuations and surveys including loan security valuations, Help to Buy, Shared Ownership, Probate, Matrimonial, and Housing Association valuations.
• Deliver RICS Level 2 Home Surveys.
• Provide timely, accurate valuation reports and respond to post-valuation queries.

Construo are working with a respected firm of Chartered Surveyors who are looking to expand their residential valuation team across multiple UK locations. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced surveyors seeking strong fee income, consistent workflow, and career progression.

Salary: £50,000 – £60,000 DOE + benefits

Role Overview:
You’ll be responsible for a range of residential property valuations and surveys, including:

• Loan security valuations (standard residential, buy-to-let, HMO, bridging, light refurb, and multi-unit).
• Valuations for Help to Buy, Shared Ownership, Probate, Matrimonial and Housing Associations.
• RICS Level 2 Home Surveys.

Performance Expectations:

• High street lender valuations reported same day.
• Specialist lender and private client reports completed within 24 hours.
• RICS Level 2 Surveys delivered within 4 days.
• Prompt response to post-valuation queries.

What We’re Looking For:

• AssocRICS/MRICS/FRICS (with VRS essential).
