Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a Quantity Surveyor role.
• Strong foundation in the Commercial and Residential sectors.
• Extensive knowledge of contract suites.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and assess tender packages aligning with client requirements.
• Provide clients with accurate, timely cost reports.
