Qualifications

• Several years experience in a Quantity Surveyor role with a strong foundation in the Commercial and Residential sectors.
• Extensive knowledge of JCT and NEC contract suites.
• Ideally working towards or close to achieving MRICS status.

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive cost management services including cost planning and tender management.
• Prepare and assess tender packages and ensure alignment with client requirements.
• Provide clients with accurate, timely cost reports and updates.
