Job summary

Chartered Building Surveyor - Heritage & Conservation | Truro | £40,000 - £60,000

Our client is a small, independent practice of Chartered Building Surveyors based in Truro, specialising in building conservation across Cornwall, the Scilly Isles, and Devon. Listed buildings, churches, trusts and charity-owned properties, private and corporate clients. Surveys, condition reports, planning and Listed Building Consent work, specifications, tender documentation, and contract administration from inception through to completion.

What you'll be doing

• Leading surveys and reports on listed and historic buildings
• Advising on repairs, planning applications and Listed Building Consent

• Providing a personal service across the full project lifecycle
