Colliers UK in London seeks a Chartered Cost Manager to lead commercial delivery for a major occupier account. You will drive cost certainty, value optimisation and governance across workplace, fit-out and capital projects.

The role partners with senior client stakeholders, project managers and contractors, mentoring junior colleagues and supporting growth within the account. MRICS is mandatory and a QS degree is required.

Qualificações

• MRICS qualified (mandatory).
• Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or related discipline.
• Consultancy experience in real estate, construction or property.

Responsabilidades

• Lead cost management across workplace, fit-out, refurbishment and capital projects.
• Develop budgets, cost plans and financial forecasts.
• Provide strategic commercial advice to client stakeholders and project teams.
• Prepare feasibility estimates, benchmarking studies and procurement strategies.
• Manage tender processes, contractor evaluations and appointment recommendations.
• Oversee contract administration under JCT and NEC forms of contract.
• Review valuations, variations, change controls and final accounts.
• Ensure robust commercial governance and financial reporting across the account.
• Identify project risks and opportunities and implement mitigation strategies.
• Drive value engineering while maintaining project quality and programme objectives.
