Job summary

Construo Recruitment is partnering with a leading property consultancy to recruit a Chartered Building Surveyor for roles across the UK. The position offers a salary band of £35,000–£55,000 plus a £5,000 car allowance, with opportunities nationwide.

You will conduct property inspections, assess structural conditions, and provide risk guidance, reports, and market valuations. MRICS/FRICS or equivalent qualifications are required, along with a full UK driving licence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct property inspections and produce detailed survey reports

• Assess structural conditions, defects, and maintenance requirements

• Provide expert guidance on property risks and market valuations

• Ensure all reports are completed to a high standard and within agreed timeframes

Requirements:

• Recognised qualification such as MRICS, FRICS, AssocRICS, MCIOB, MCABE, MCIAT, or MICWCI

• Proven experience in residential property surveys

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

• Full UK driving licence
