• Carry out Building Surveys for commercial and residential properties.
• Prepare Schedules of Dilapidations.
• Manage refurbishment projects for commercial premises.
• Act as CDM Co-ordinator and provide professional advice.
• Prepare Schedules of Condition.
• Advise on preventative and planned maintenance.
• Investigate specific building problems and defects.
• Provide fire insurance valuations for commercial properties.
• Act as expert witness in property disputes.
