Construo Ltd. is partnering with a leading property consultancy to recruit Chartered Building Surveyors across the UK. You will conduct property inspections, assess structural conditions, and provide detailed survey reports to support property decisions.

The role requires MRICS/FRICS or equivalent qualifications, proven residential survey experience, and a full UK driving licence. Salary ranges from £35,000 to £55,000 plus a £5,000 car allowance, with pension and CPD support.

Qualifikationen

• Recognised professional qualification such as MRICS, FRICS, AssocRICS, MCIOB, MCABE, MCIAT or MICWCI.
• Proven experience in residential property surveys.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Full UK driving licence.

Aufgaben

• Conduct property inspections and produce detailed survey reports.
• Assess structural conditions, defects and maintenance requirements.
• Provide expert guidance on property risks and market valuations.
• Ensure all reports are completed to a high standard within agreed timeframes.
