Qualifications

• Degree qualified in Building Surveying.
• Chartered MRICS is essential.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Building Surveyor.
• Experience with commercial property assets.

Responsibilities

• Manage refurbishment work (£50k - £2m) directly or with consultants.
• Oversee dilapidations claims and manage consultants.
• Input into property acquisitions and review surveys.
• Manage Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) works.
• Conduct annual Reinstatement Cost Assessment (RCA) exercise.
• Review and approve licenses for alterations.
