Qualifications

• MRICS Chartered status and a Building Surveying degree are required.
• At least two years post-chartership experience in consultancy.
• Strong project management and client-facing skills.
• Experience delivering refurbishment and alteration projects.
• Must be able to commute to Plymouth or relocate.

Responsibilities

• Deliver professional Building Surveying and project-led work from inception to completion.
• Manage your portfolio and develop client relationships with an established team.
• Provide contract administration, surveys and technical reporting.
• Liaise with clients and provide consultancy guidance throughout projects.
