Job summary

Build Recruitment in SW London is seeking an Experienced Graduate Building Surveyor or Newly Qualified MRICS to join our busy team in Teddington. You will support senior surveyors across a wide range of duties and contribute to the delivery of surveys, contract administration and project work.

The role offers a 24-month structured APC training programme and exposure to party wall, dilapidations, pre-acquisition surveys, asset condition assessments and design support.

Qualifications

• Genuine interest in Building Surveying and APC training.
• Experience supporting senior surveyors across multiple duties.
• Willingness to work in a busy, client-facing environment.
