Qualifications

• Chartered Member of the RICS (MRICS or FRICS).
• Significant experience in a Building Surveying role across multiple sectors.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Excellent IT skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, AutoCAD, NBS or equivalent).
• Experience mentoring junior surveyors and leading project work.

Responsibilities

• Represent Ridge and Partners LLP professionally to clients and at networking events.
• Deliver projects and professional services on time with profitability in mind.
• Produce clear, concise technical reports and specifications to company standards.
• Plan, manage and coordinate multi-disciplinary instructions as lead consultant.
• Build long-term client relationships and ensure repeat business.
