Qualifications

• MRICS/FRICS/AssocRICS qualifications are required or highly preferred.
• Residential property surveying experience is essential.

• Must have a Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Conduct property inspections and produce detailed survey reports.
• Assess structural conditions, defects, and maintenance requirements.
• Provide expert guidance on property risks and market valuations.
• Ensure all reports are completed to a high standard and within agreed timeframes.
