Qualifications

• Recognised professional qualification such as MRICS, FRICS, AssocRICS, MCIOB, MCABE, MCIAT, or MICWCI.
• Proven experience in residential property surveys.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Conduct property inspections and produce detailed survey reports.
• Assess structural conditions, defects, and maintenance requirements.
• Provide expert guidance on property risks and market valuations.
• Ensure all reports are completed to a high standard and within agreed timeframes.
