Job summary

Construo Recruitment is collaborating with a leading property consultancy to recruit Chartered Building Surveyors across the UK. The role offers a salary of £35,000 - £55,000 plus a £5,000 car allowance and ample CPD support.

You'll inspect properties, assess structural conditions, and provide market valuations. A full UK driving licence and recognised MRICS/FRICS or equivalent credentials are required, with career development and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Residential property survey experience essential.
• Full UK driving licence required.

Responsibilities
