Build Recruitment is seeking a Chartered Building Surveyor MRICS or a Graduate Building Surveyor close to APC qualification for our client in Teddington, London. The role supports senior surveyors across a broad range of building surveying duties in a busy, professional environment.

The successful candidate will engage in contract administration, surveys, design and specification of works, defect diagnosis, party wall matters, and pre-acquisition surveys, with a 24‑month structured APC training

Our client, a RICS regulated Chartered Surveying practice based in with offices natiowide. Undertaking instructions relating to all aspects of Building Surveying and Design services with particular specialist knowledge in a variety of sectors.

With a wealth of experience spanning a range of disciplines, including major works project management, party wall and neighbourly matters, Licence for Alterations, Contract Admin, Design and Spec, Dilapidations and Technical Due Diligence, we act as a trusted advisor to both individuals and corporate entities.

Due to continued growth of the company, they have a vacancy in the Teddington office for an expeienced Chartered Building Surveyor or Graduate Building Surveyor close to qualifying to work in a fun, but hardworking environment, to deliver a full suite of building surveying duties to our range of clients.

Responsibilities:

Supporting the Senior Building Surveyors in the day-to-day running of the business, the role will include assisting with project commissions including:

• Contract administration duties; Responsibility, under minimum supervision, for smaller projects and assistance on major projects with defined levels of responsibility.

• Design and specification of maintenance works
• Defect investigation and diagnosis
