Job summary

HD Surveyors in Manchester requires an MRICS Building Surveyor for a role combining commercial project work with professional building surveying instructions across a multidisciplinary property consultancy. You will manage client commissions from instruction through delivery.

Responsibilities include technical due diligence for commercial property, contract administration, dilapidations advice, and maintenance planning. Hybrid working, healthcare and pension are among the benefits.

Qualifications

• MRICS Building Surveyor chartered status or newly Chartered.
• Post-qualification Building Surveying experience.
• Commercial due diligence experience.
• Contract administration experience.
• Knowledge of dilapidations and landlord/tenant matters.
