Fixroy Partners is seeking a Senior Commercial Building Surveyor to own a varied portfolio from initial appointment through to completion, with responsibilities including contract administration, project management and client advisory work.

You will develop client relationships, mentor junior surveyors and progress toward Associate Director/Director levels within a growing independent consultancy that offers autonomy, a collaborative culture and exposure to investors, developers and occupiers

Qualifications

• MRICS qualification or equivalent in building surveying.
• Experience leading client-facing surveys and project work.

Responsabilités

• Contract administration for commercial building projects.
• Project management from inception to completion.
• Prepare specifications and tender documentation.
• Oversee refurbishment projects.
• Provide client advisory services.
• Develop client relationships and identify opportunities.

Fixroy Partners is working with an established independent commercial property consultancy looking to appoint a Senior Commercial Building Surveyor.

This is an opportunity for an MRICS surveyor who wants greater autonomy, varied work and genuine influence within a growing business, not simply another change of employer.

The role

You will manage a varied portfolio of commercial Building Surveying and Project Management instructions from initial appointment through to completion.

Your work will include:

• Contract administration
• Project management
• Specifications and tender documentation
• Refurbishment projects
• Client advisory work
• Developing client relationships and identifying new opportunities
• Supporting and mentoring junior surveyors
