Job summary

Oyster, a market-leading property consultancy in London, seeks a chartered surveyor with strong commercial building surveying experience. You will work on a diverse mix of commercial projects, build trusted client relationships, and collaborate with some of the industry's most respected surveyors.

You will gain exposure to high-profile assets, have opportunities to mentor junior colleagues, and take on responsibilities from due diligence to project management and contract administration.

Qualifications

• MRICS qualification or close to qualification is required.
• Strong commercial building surveying experience is essential.
• Confident in managing clients and delivering projects.
• Collaborative, commercially minded and ambitious.
