RSM UK Group LLP. offers an apprenticeship toward the Chartered Accountant qualification, with immediate structured support from colleagues, managers and education providers.

You will review clients' financial records, processes and controls, helping ensure the accuracy of financial statements and building trust with stakeholders. You’ll be based in an office or client site, gaining hands-on experience from day one while participating in a tailored development programme and online learning

Competenze

• Minimum 136 UCAS points across three A levels (or equivalent Level 3 qualification).
• Right to live and work in the UK for this role.
• Motivation and resilience to undertake an accelerated academically demanding programme.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills, with ability to balance work, study and life.
• Effective written and verbal communication to share information clearly and collaborate with colleagues and clients.
• Ability to analyse and interpret data to solve problems.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to build relationships and stay calm under pressure.
• Genuine interest in business and commerce with a commercial outlook.
• Willingness to travel to client sites and other offices as required.
