Job summary

RSM UK LLP offers a school/college leaver apprenticeship programme in external audit. You will help conduct audits, learn to assess controls, and progress toward Chartered Accountant qualifications while gaining real client experience.

You’ll work with a diverse client base and benefit from a tailored development programme, online learning portal, and wellbeing support as you build your career in a global advisory network.

Qualifications

• Minimum UCAS points across three A levels (or equivalent) or Scottish Highers/Advanced Highers, or Irish Leaving Certificate.
• Effective written and verbal communication to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
• Ability to analyse and interpret data to solve problems.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to build relationships and stay calm under pressure.
• Willingness to travel to client sites and other offices as required.

Responsibilities

• Assist audit colleagues on client engagements and risk-focused reviews.
• Study towards Chartered Accountant qualification while joining the programme.
• Deliver high-quality client service across a variety of businesses, from owner-managed to large listed groups.
