Job summary

British Red Cross in Taunton is seeking a Shop Manager to lead our community charity shop. You’ll oversee the shop team, ensure a superb customer experience on the shop floor, and drive sales to support our vital humanitarian work.

The role requires supervisory retail experience, strong leadership, and a passion for the cause. The position is permanent and part-time (21 hours per week), with flexible working options and a range of staff benefits.

Qualifications

• Retail experience at supervisory level with excellent customer service.
