Sense is recruiting an Assistant Shop Manager to join our Gloucester shop on a 15-hour-per-week contract. You will lead a small team of volunteers, ensure welcoming customer service, and help deliver the shop's standards and income generation for the charity.

The role requires a motivated communicator with retail or team-leading experience, and a willingness to work across weekends and Bank Holidays to keep the shop running.
