Job summary

Phyllis Tuckwell Memorial Hospice Ltd. in Guildford seeks an Assistant Shop Manager for Pew Corner to lead daily shop operations, receive donations, and merchandise the floor. You will supervise staff and volunteers, ensure excellent customer service, and help drive sales for furniture, clothing, and bric-a-brac.

The role requires experience in retail or charity work, stock control skills, and the ability to work as part of a small team including volunteers. Flexible hours are offered.

Qualifications
