Job summary

Access Insurance, part of Benefact Group, is seeking a Broker Assistant to support charities and third-sector clients from our Selsdon office in South Croydon. You will handle client enquiries, maintain records, and assist brokers with renewals to meet company targets while ensuring regulatory compliance.

You'll work in a collaborative environment with training and development opportunities, benefits including pension, generous leave, and support for professional CII qualifications.

Qualifications

• Interpersonal and communication skills essential.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with accuracy.
• Knowledge of policy/procedure processes preferred.
• Proficient with MS Word, Excel and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Respond to requests from existing clients, triage to brokers when needed.
• Maintain accurate client correspondence records in CRM/database.
• Generate and issue renewals, review data for accuracy.
• Renew and lapse policies per client requests.
