Job summary

GBR Recruitment Ltd are proud to partner with a leading Charity organisation to recruit an experienced HR Manager (IMMEDIATE START). The role covers Milton Keynes and Northampton with travel between offices.

You will lead day-to-day HR operations, provide HRBP support, manage ER/EDI work, payroll coordination and HRIS governance, and drive onboarding and employee engagement across the charity.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering HRBP/HRM services
• Experience in recruitment processes
• Payroll coordination
• DBS & Right to Work checks

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day HR operations for Milton Keynes and Northampton offices
• Provide ER guidance to managers on absence, performance, disciplinary and grievance matters
• Deliver HRIS management and payroll administration
• Coach department managers on recruitment and onboarding
• Generate HR reports (headcount, turnover, sickness) for proactive support
• Promote charity values and drive engagement and wellbeing initiatives
• Partner with Director of People & Culture on priority initiatives
