The role is fixed-term for 6 months, full-time (35 hours per week), supervising the Whitstable Store and volunteers, with responsibility to support other shops and contribute to service development.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Whitstable Furniture Store and volunteers.
• Support other shops in the area as required.
• Provide advice and guidance within retail expertise.
• Recognise and respond to charity changes.
• Contribute to service development.
• Supervise and educate retail staff and volunteers.
• Undertake role-specific projects.
• Make recommendations for changes to working practices and processes.
