Life charity in Leamington Spa is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to lead the Finance Team and deliver robust financial management. You will prepare management accounts, manage cash and VAT, and drive process improvements within a values-driven organisation.

ACCA or CIMA qualification with at least two years' experience is required. Strong Excel skills and clear communication of financial information are essential for supporting decision-making.

Qualifications

• ACCA or CIMA qualified with at least two years of relevant experience.
• Experience in preparing management accounts and financial analysis.
• Strong Excel skills and attention to detail.
• Able to lead and develop others and communicate financial info clearly.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Finance Team and deliver monthly management accounts.
• Reconcile balance sheets and control accounts; investigate discrepancies.
• Analyse income and expenditure with budget holders; report variances.
• Assist with annual budgeting and cash management; support VAT compliance.
• Oversight of financial controls, policies, and external audit liaison.
• Support management of National Office alongside Estates Manager.
