MindHBD is seeking a Finance Coordinator to join our charity team at Harrow Lodge House. This hands-on role focuses on accurate bookkeeping, reconciliations and routine finance processes to support management accounts, budgets and audits.

The ideal candidate has AAT Level 3 with solid experience in Excel and Sage, plus attention to detail and proactive problem-solving. Charity sector experience is helpful but not required.

Formación

• Qualified to AAT Level 3 and practical bookkeeping experience.
• Experience with reconciliations, accounts payable/receivable, financial reporting and Excel.
• Experience using accounting software Sage is essential.
• Charity/not-for-profit sector experience is helpful but not mandatory.

Responsabilidades

• Handle day-to-day finance processes and maintain accurate records.
• Support management accounts, budgets, forecasts, reporting and audit requirements.
• Work with managers/Directors to understand financial position and identify variances.
• Maintain strong financial controls and audit trails; ensure confidentiality and discretion.
