Charity Link is recruiting ambitious Field Sales Executives to represent nationally recognised charities at high-footfall venues across the UK. You'll engage directly with the public to sign up for regular monthly donations or sponsorship programmes, using your people skills to build long-term support for life-changing causes.

With a guaranteed basic salary of £26,400 and uncapped bonuses, you can achieve realistic OTE of £45,000–£55,000+ on weekly pay.

Qualifications

• Experience in field sales or charity fundraising.
• Proven ability to engage and convert in person.
• Comfortable at high-footfall venues and events.

Responsibilities

• Engage with the public at venues to secure regular donations.
• Present charities and programmes to drive sign-ups and sponsorships.
• Develop relationships to achieve monthly targets and growth.
