Charity Link is recruiting ambitious Field Sales Executives to represent well-known charities at high-footfall venues across the UK. You'll engage the public, sign up monthly donors or sponsors, and drive long-term funding through face-to-face conversations.

You can earn a basic salary of £26,400 with uncapped bonuses and a realistic OTE of £45,000–£55,000+, plus weekly pay and ongoing training. This role offers progression into senior fundraising and sales leadership.

Qualifications

• Experience in Field Sales, Face-to-Face Sales or Charity Fundraising is beneficial.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for engaging the public.
• Motivated by targets and capable of building rapport quickly.

Responsibilities

• Represent national charities at high-footfall venues and events.
• Encourage people to make monthly donations or sponsorships.
• Meet daily with new people and drive contribution through sign-ups.
