Charity Link is recruiting Field Sales Executives to represent top UK charities at high-footfall venues, engaging the public to sign up for monthly donations or sponsorships.

You will earn a guaranteed base salary of £26,400 with uncapped bonuses and realistic OTE of £45,000–£55,000+. Weekly pay, a healthcare plan, pension, and ongoing training support your development in charity fundraising and field sales.

Qualifications

• Experience in field sales or charity fundraising, with a track record of meeting targets.
• Able to engage new people confidently in busy venues.
• Customer-facing roles and resilience in fast-paced environments are desirable.

Responsibilities

• Engage at venues, shopping centres, events to sign up monthly donations or sponsorships.
• Build rapport with the public and convert interactions into donations.
• Represent nationally recognised charities and provide excellent donor experience.
