The role offers a guaranteed basic salary with uncapped bonuses and realistic OTE of £45,000–£55,000+, plus weekly pay, training, and progression into leadership roles.

Qualifications

• Experience in field sales, face-to-face or charity fundraising is preferred.
• Proven ability to engage with the public at high-footfall venues.
• Strong communication, resilience and target-driven mindset.

Responsibilities

• Represent charities at venues, shopping centres, events and public spaces.
• Inspire sign-ups to monthly donations or sponsorships to fund long-term work.
• Meet new people daily and build genuine connections to drive results.
• Attend training and development programmes to improve performance.
