bk plus is seeking an Audit Supervisor or Manager to lead our Audit team in Brighton. The role involves managing audit portfolios, developing Charity line capabilities, and supporting fee growth through both acquisition and organic work.

The ideal candidate brings strong audit and accounting skills, excellent communication, and proven people management. Charity experience is preferred; 2–3 years’ qualification is required.

Responsabilidades

• Manage an audit portfolio and ensure quality delivery.
• Help develop operational capabilities of Charity teams.
• Assist RI and Audit Senior Manager with fee growth and organic growth.
• Provide management and hands-on technical support for the Audit Team.
• Plan and oversee audits and manage timelines.
• Prepare statutory accounts in line with FRS102 and Charity SORP.
• Supervise and review work prepared by junior staff.
• Occasional travel to London.
