Taylor Root is assisting a leading City firm in recruiting a Charities Associate (2-5 PQE) to join its acclaimed Charities and Community team in London. You will work on complex matters for UK and international clients in the charity sector, including governance, restructuring and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• 2-5 PQE with charity law experience preferred.
• Strong academic record and excellent communication skills.
• Interest or experience in governance, constitutional and regulatory matters.
• Ability to manage smaller projects independently while supporting larger mandates.
• Commercial awareness and a client-focused approach.
