Qualifications

• 2-5 PQE, ideally with charity law experience.
• Strong academic record and excellent communication skills.
• Experience or interest in governance, constitutional and regulatory matters.
• Ability to manage smaller projects independently while supporting larger mandates.
• Commercial awareness and a client-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Charity structuring and restructuring.
