You will advise across jurisdictions, supervise juniors, and build trusted relationships with clients.

Qualifications

• 5+ PQE gained within a leading corporate or commercial team.
• Strong technical skills in corporate transactional and advisory work.
• Ability to manage and lead transactions from start to finish.
• Confidence engaging with clients and building trusted relationships.
• Team player with leadership qualities and experience supervising juniors.

Responsibilities

• Work on complex transactions and advisory mandates (private M&A, joint ventures, investments).
