Job summary

The Fairlie Healthcare Group is seeking an experienced Charge Nurse (Sister) to lead and inspire a nursing team at Woodstown House, Banstead. You will model best practice, ensure safe and compassionate care, and support residents, families and the MDT to achieve outstanding outcomes.

We are looking for an active NMC registered nurse with a deep understanding of the NMC Code and strong medication management and leadership skills to drive clinical excellence and staff development.

Qualifications

• Active NMC Registration (RN1).
• Strong understanding of the NMC Code of Professional Conduct.
• Excellent medication management skills.
• Proven leadership and organisational abilities.
• Ability to prioritise and manage a busy clinical environment.
• Genuine passion for delivering exceptional resident care.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the nursing team to deliver evidence-based care.
• Act as a role model, promoting best practice and clinical excellence.
• Support residents, families and the multidisciplinary team to deliver person-centred care.
• Maintain high standards of patient safety, dignity and confidentiality.
• Ensure compliance with NMC Code, CQC standards and infection control policies.
• Create a positive, supportive environment for residents and colleagues.
