Fairlie Healthcare invites a experienced Charge Nurse (Sister) to lead a dedicated nursing team at Woodstown House, Banstead. You will ensure high-quality, evidence-based care for adults with complex neurological conditions, while role-modeling professional standards and driving clinical excellence.

You'll supervise staff, support residents and families, uphold patient safety and dignity, and ensure compliance with NMC Code, CQC, infection prevention, and internal policies.

Qualifikationen

• Active NMC Registration (RN1).
• Thorough understanding of the NMC Code of Professional Conduct.
• Excellent medication management skills.
• Strong leadership and organisational abilities.
• Ability to prioritise and manage a busy clinical environment.
• Genuine passion for delivering exceptional resident care.

Your Role

As a Charge Nurse (Sister), you'll play a vital leadership role in ensuring the highest standards of clinical care by:
