Charge Nurse Nights - Nursing - Manor Grange Care Home

Contract: Full Time

Salary: £22.00 Per Hour

Shift Type: Nights

Contracted hours: 36.75

Our care home is situated in the charming setting of Pinkhill, providing excellent Residential, Nursing, Dementia, and Respite care for 83 residents.

We’re seeking a passionate Charge Nurse who is committed to providing exceptional care and ready to make a significant impact. If you’re a 'go-getter' with leadership skills and ambition, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the Team: Ensure residents' medical, physical, and emotional needs are met by leading the team with expertise and compassion.
  • Ensure Compliance: Adhere to our clinical governance framework to maintain high standards of care.
  • Mentor and Motivate: Inspire and guide colleagues, champion residents' safety and dignity, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Outstanding Leadership: Provide exceptional leadership, fostering a supportive and effective working environment.
  • Resident Support: Support residents with complex needs, ensuring personalized and attentive care.
  • Strive for Clinical Excellence: Work towards clinical excellence within the home, setting high standards for care.
What We’re Looking For
  • Nurse Qualified: You are a registered nurse with a valid PIN, ready to bring your expertise to our team.
  • Strong Clinical Skills: You have solid clinical knowledge and confidence in applying it.
  • Experience with the Elderly: Experience working with the elderly is an asset but not essential.
  • Leadership Experience: You have led and managed teams before and can bring out the best in colleagues.
  • Training and Support: You’re prepared to support and develop staff in their roles.
