Role Responsibilities

1. Oversee the care of residents in your area, including running the home in the absence of the Home Manager and Deputy Home Manager.
2. Follow up on resident health visits, administer prescribed medicines, and maintain legal records.

Candidate Requirements

1. Registered Nurse with a valid NMC Pin.
2. Commitment to professional standards and practice.
3. Passion for mentoring colleagues and supporting students.
4. Effective communication skills and professional behavior.
5. Ability to recognize signs of abuse, harm, or neglect and respond appropriately.
6. Attendance at safeguarding training and ability to report concerns.

Additional Information
