Exciting Opportunity for Ward Sister/Charge Nurse at East Suffolk North Essex Foundation Trust

Join Mersea Ward at Colchester Hospital and become part of our dedicated nursing team. We are seeking a highly motivated nurse passionate about patient care to deliver a 24/7 service and contribute to developing our future services.

Role Details:

1. Fixed Term/Secondment covering Maternity Leave from 4th August 2025 to 3rd August 2026.
2. Manage a Clinical Specialist Team of registered nurses and healthcare assistants.
3. Work collaboratively with other Sisters/Charge Nurses to ensure efficient service delivery.
4. Understand current health agendas and national guidance relevant to critical care practice.
