We are seeking a Charge Midwife / Community Team Leader to join the Maternity & Neonates Team at University Hospital Wishaw. The successful candidate will assist the Senior Charge Midwife in delivering high-quality, evidence-based, woman- and baby-centered care.
The post involves providing individualized patient care, planning, implementing, and evaluating clinical care across all maternity service areas, ensuring compliance with NHS Lanarkshire policies and statutory requirements in line with NMC standards.
