You will oversee recruitment, onboarding, and talent development while shaping the chapter's vision and collaborating with squads, product owners and stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.

Formación

• Masters degree or equivalent by experience.
• Strong background as a developer with C# in multi-disciplinary teams.
• Excellent people management and coaching skills.
• Experience in DevOps and driving continuous improvement.
• Familiarity with TDD and modern development methodologies.
• Strong communicator with open, transparent culture.

Responsabilidades

• Manage people lifecycle within the Chapter from recruitment to coaching and development.
• Set vision and standards to create an environment where your people can thrive.
• Collaborate with squads, product owners and stakeholders to deliver solutions and drive improvement.
• Provide proactive technical leadership and resolve conflicts to maintain delivery momentum.
• Represent the Chapter in tribe leadership discussions and external resourcing as needed.
