Job description

We are seeking talented, enthusiastic, dynamic, and customer-oriented SALES REPRESENTATIVES to join our On-Street Sales team. You will play a key role in driving sales and increasing revenue throughout the season.

Role Overview

This is a varied and enjoyable role where you will meet people from around the world and assist them in making the most of their visit using our range of tours and experiences. Ideal candidates will have experience in sales, retail, or customer service.

As an ambassador for TOOTBUS London, you will actively promote the sale of tickets for sightseeing tours covering London's main attractions. You are expected to provide excellent customer service, promote our products, and offer local advice.

Experience and Skills
  • Passion and flair for excellent customer care, with exceptional interpersonal skills.
  • High standards of presentation, punctuality, and teamwork.
  • A passion for sales and a results-oriented approach.
  • Fluency in English is required; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
Job Details
  • Seasonal short-term contract from now until 30 September 2025, with potential for permanent opportunities based on performance.
  • Ability to work outdoors in a tourist environment in Central London.
  • Average of 9 hours per day, any 5 days a week, including weekends.
  • Availability during peak season from April to August is essential.
  • Pay rate: £13 per hour, increasing to £13.52 from 31 March 2025. Commission can also be earned, averaging between £20 and £40 daily based on sales, with potential for higher earnings during peak season.
