Channel Sales Manager (South UK)

Location: Remote in the South of England
Salary: £40,000 – £47,500 per annum (depending on experience) plus car allowance and commission

Main Duties

To be responsible for sourcing and managing channel partners, to drive sales growth, build strong partner relationships and monitor partner performance.

Responsibilities
  • Identify and enlist new channel partners presenting the company’s product
  • Lead onboarding processes ensuring new partners are set up
  • Deliver training sessions to partners and provide ongoing support
  • Main point of contact for partners ensuring good relationships are built
  • Develop and implement growth strategies in line with company goals
  • Collaborate and liaise with internal teams coordinating promotions, initiatives, etc.
  • Track partner activities, set performance targets and analyse for continued improvements
  • Provide channel partners with support as needed including sales resources and technical advice
  • Participate in trade shows as needed
