·£90,000 to £100,000 Basic + OTE c £130,000 + Comprehensive Package

As the Channel Sales Manager, you will grow and maximise revenues through their distributor sales channel. They design and manufacture high performance mechanical engineered components for applications in critical industries, including food and beverage, life sciences and process industries. They are looking to significantly increase the turnover of the company in the next five years. What You Will Do:
·Develop, lead and implement a transformational distribution strategy to take the business to the next level.
·Lead and motivate channel sales teams, providing guidance, coaching, and mentorship to ensure their success.
·Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales strategies with marketing, product development, and customer success initiatives.
·Analyse market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to identify areas of growth and develop effective sales strategies.
What You Will Have:
·Years of progressive experience in sales, with a focus on leadership and driving revenue growth via engineering distributor networks.
·Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets through partnerships.
·Engineering/manufacturing background with an understanding of the European manufacturing sector.
·Strong project pursuit and deal strategy capabilities.
·Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
·Strategic mindset with the ability to analyze market trends, identify growth opportunities, and develop effective sales strategies.
·Comfortable working independently – self-sufficient.
·Both structured and entrepreneurial.
