Ipsos in the UK is seeking a Project Executive to support mystery shopping and performance measurement programmes. You will work within the Channel Performance team, coordinating multiple workstreams and ensuring projects run smoothly from set-up through data delivery and review.

The role provides exposure to client engagement, project delivery and commercial management in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in client-facing environments and handling client queries professionally.
• Strong organisational skills to manage multiple tasks, priorities and deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• High attention to detail with data checking and proofreading accuracy.
• A proactive approach, taking ownership through to resolution.
• Commercial awareness including budgeting or financial tracking.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new systems.
• Experience in market research, mystery shopping or related delivery.
• Experience coordinating projects with multiple stakeholders or suppliers.
• Familiarity with digital data collection, validation or reporting.
• Interest in developing a career in project management and/or mystery shopping.
• Confidence using AI tools to improve day-to-day productivity and quality.

Responsabilités

• Support projects from initial set-up through fieldwork, data delivery and review.
• Coordinate multiple workstreams and stakeholders while maintaining documentation, timelines and budgets.
• Collaborate across Project Management, Operations and Client Success and engage clients.
• Contribute to client satisfaction, operational excellence and business performance.
• Test project set-up, quality check data and prepare client communications.
• Support project reviews and keep stakeholders informed.
