Channel Partner Manager - LATAM

The Channel Partner Manager for Fluke BioMedical’s EQA (Equipment Quality Assurance) business is responsible for driving sales, customer engagement, and market share growth within an assigned territory or region. This role requires strong expertise in EQA solutions, the ability to manage customer relationships, and a commitment to achieving revenue and growth targets.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience in sales, business development, or channel management, preferably in the healthcare or medical device industry.
  • Fluent in English, Spanish, and Portuguese.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing market share within a technical product portfolio.
  • Familiarity with EQA solutions or related technical instrumentation.
  • Strong understanding of medical device calibration, quality assurance, and healthcare regulations.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently while maintaining alignment with Fluke BioMedical’s objectives.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proficient in CRM software and sales tools.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, healthcare management, or related field (preferred).
  • Previous experience as a distributor manager, channel partner manager, or sales leader in the medical or healthcare tech space.
  • Established network within hospitals, clinical engineering, and biomedical facilities.
  • Ability to collaborate across teams.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Sales and Business Development

  • Drive sales of Fluke BioMedical EQA products/services to healthcare facilities, device manufacturers, and calibration providers.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with company goals.
  • Identify and engage new customers, expand existing accounts.

Customer Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
  • Serve as primary contact, providing solutions and education on EQA offerings.

Market Insights and Representation

  • Represent Fluke BioMedical at industry events.
  • Gather market intelligence on competitors, pricing, and trends.
  • Collaborate internally to tailor solutions.

Channel Partner Management

  • Manage sales pipeline with CRM tools.
  • Provide sales forecasts and performance updates.
  • Coordinate with marketing and product teams for messaging and promotions.

KPIs

  • Achieve sales and revenue targets.
  • Grow market share.
  • Maintain customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate effectively with internal teams.
