Channel Partner Manager - LATAM

The Channel Partner Manager for Fluke BioMedical’s EQA (Equipment Quality Assurance) business is responsible for driving sales, customer engagement, and market share growth within an assigned territory or region. This role requires strong expertise in EQA solutions, the ability to manage customer relationships, and a commitment to achieving revenue and growth targets.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Experience

  • Experience in sales, business development, or channel management, preferably in the healthcare or medical device industry.
  • Fluent in English, Spanish, and Portuguese.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing market share within a technical product portfolio.
  • Familiarity with EQA solutions or related technical instrumentation.
  • Strong understanding of medical device calibration, quality assurance, and healthcare regulations.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently while maintaining alignment with Fluke BioMedical’s objectives.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proficient in CRM software and sales productivity tools.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, healthcare management, or related field (preferred).
  • Experience as a distributor manager, channel partner manager, or sales leader in medical or healthcare technology.
  • Established network within hospitals, clinical engineering, and biomedical facilities.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Sales and Business Development

  • Drive sales of Fluke BioMedical EQA products and services to healthcare facilities, medical device manufacturers, and calibration providers.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with company goals to meet revenue and profitability targets.
  • Identify and engage new customers, while expanding existing accounts.

Customer Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain long-term customer relationships to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Serve as the primary contact for customer inquiries, providing tailored solutions.
  • Educate customers on the value and applications of Fluke BioMedical’s EQA offerings.

Market Insights and Representation

  • Represent Fluke BioMedical at trade shows, conferences, and industry events.
  • Gather and report market intelligence, including competitor activities and customer trends.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions and respond to market demands.

Channel Partner Management

  • Manage the sales pipeline using CRM tools to track opportunities and activities.
  • Provide regular sales forecasts and performance updates to leadership.
  • Align with marketing and product teams for consistent messaging and promotions.

KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS (KPIs)

  • Achievement of sales and revenue targets.
  • Growth in market share within the territory.
  • Customer satisfaction and retention rates.
  • Effective collaboration with internal teams.
